Payment Methods
To make shopping on MOUTTA FARM easier, we offer you several simple and fully secure payment options. Credit card, PayPal or bank transfer, choose the solution that suits you best.
All transactions are protected to ensure the confidentiality of your data and the security of your orders.
Credit Card Payments
Payments by credit card are made in full at the time of the order and only in euros.
Transaction security is ensured by Banque Populaire’s Systempay, in accordance with French and international interbank standards. This solution guarantees fully secure online purchases for the buyer.
When making a payment, you are automatically redirected to the bank’s server via a secure SSL connection (128-bit key session, as authorised by the French Government). Your card number is encrypted between your browser and the Systempay server.
All information relating to your credit card is stored only in the Systempay databases and is never recorded or retained by MOUTTA FARM. Once payment is confirmed, you are redirected to our site and any temporary personal data stored in the cookie is deleted.
The order is only confirmed after payment has been validated. No discount or late penalty is applicable.
Credit Card Payments with 3D-Secure Protocol
The 3D-Secure protocol (also known as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) strengthens the security of your online purchases with an additional authentication system.
After entering your card details, a 3D-Secure window managed by your bank will appear. You will then be asked to enter an authentication code specific to your bank (such as your date of birth, a code received by SMS, etc.) to confirm that you are the cardholder. Your payment will be validated and the transaction completed after confirmation by your bank.
⚠️ Important: at the time of your order, make sure you are able to receive the SMS authentication code.
PayPal Payments
PayPal is a secure payment system that allows you to pay quickly without sharing your bank details with merchant sites. If you already have a PayPal account, your information is encrypted and secured, and you can use it directly for purchases on our site.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still choose this payment method. When paying, you will be redirected to a PayPal page where you can enter your bank details and, if you wish, create a PayPal account.
Bank Transfer Payments
Payments by bank transfer must be made in full at the time of the order.
- When confirming your order, select the “Pay by Bank Transfer” option.
- You have 10 days to make your payment to the MOUTTA FARM bank account (the details are available on the summary page and in the confirmation email). After this period, the order will be cancelled.
- Your order will be definitively validated upon receipt of the transfer and you will receive a confirmation email.
⚠️ Important: delivery times are longer for payments by bank transfer, to account for banking processing times.
Payments by Gift Card or Promo Code
The MOUTTA FARM gift card or promo code is valid for 1 year from its activation date (corresponding to the email send date) or the date indicated on the gift card or promo code at activation.
- Can be used only on the www.mouttafarm.co.uk website and other language versions of MOUTTA FARM.
- Not cumulative, not exchangeable, not refundable, and no change will be given.
- If the alert system fails, the validity period of the card or code cannot be extended.
