Bokashi composters with EM1 micro-organisms
The Bokashi composter is an innovative composting solution, ideal for turning your food waste into value right at home. Unlike traditional composting, Bokashi relies on an anaerobic fermentation process thanks to the action of effective microorganisms (EM), allowing for rapid and odourless processing of a wide variety of organic waste.
Compact, clean and easy to use, the Bokashi bin fits perfectly in a kitchen or indoor space. It makes it possible to compost fruit and vegetable scraps as well as cooked foods, dairy products, meat or fish—items often excluded from traditional composters or wormeries.

It is possible to collect Bokashi juice, a powerful natural fertiliser that should be diluted to nourish plants or soil. The process is simple: add the waste, sprinkle with Bokashi activator, compact and close the lid.
Once the bucket is full, the fermented material can be buried in the soil, added to a garden composter or placed in a vermicomposter to complete its transformation into humus. The Bokashi bucket is thus an ecological, practical and effective solution for reducing waste and naturally enriching the soil.
