Delivery Methods

Select your delivery country to view available modes and shipping terms.

To get the delivery cost, just add your items to the cart and proceed as guest. Enter your delivery address (address, postcode and city) and the shipping price will be displayed automatically, without requiring account creation.

We currently deliver to 40 countries.

DPD Predict

30 kg maximum per parcel | Delivery in 4 to 6 days.

With signature and time slot notification.

The carrier will notify you by SMS and email as soon as your parcel is picked up by the network. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive another SMS and email specifying the estimated delivery time slot. Your parcel is then delivered within the indicated time slot.

Please note: Drivers are not instructed to leave parcels in mailboxes. Someone must be present to receive the parcel.

Checking your delivery

Check the condition of your items and make sure nothing is missing using the delivery slip as reference.

If there is a problem, do not refuse packages from small parcel carriers (DPD, Colissimo, etc.). We will handle after-sales service according to what needs to be resent.
If your order contains live animals, take a photo immediately and send it to us as soon as possible.

For freight or pallet deliveries (truck/pallets)
If the goods have suffered damage in transit and are visibly damaged (breakage, shock, deformation, etc.), you must refuse the parcel(s) and clearly state the reason on the delivery slip.

Note: The remark "Subject to unpacking" has no legal value.

Refused parcels will be returned and a second free delivery arranged.
Without precise and detailed reservations on the delivery slip, the goods are considered received in good order.
