EM® Drink is a naturally fermented drink made from aronia berries.
Produced in the Netherlands from aronia grown in Belgium using Effective Micro-organisms (EM®) technology, it is part of a circular cycle approach (Bokashi & EM®).
Fresh, slightly tangy and delicately fruity, it can be enjoyed daily to support gut balance and immunity.
The fermentation releases beneficial probiotics, enzymes, vitamins and antioxidants.
The sugar used at the start (molasses) is completely broken down by the micro-organisms and turned into lactic acid: the final product contains no significant residual added sugar.
