Previsan S is a preparation based on Effective Micro-organisms (EM®) combined with a 100% organic binder, designed to make the EM® adhere to leaves.
Thanks to this plant-based binder, EM® adhere durably to the waxy layer on leaves, even on plants with greasy or shiny foliage (cabbage, box, laurel, photinia, rhododendron, beech, etc.).
Previsan S forms a natural film on the leaves and helps the fermentation micro-organisms stay there.
Result: EM® that stay on the foliage longer.
Benefits
- Formation of a natural film on the leaves;
- Improved EM® adhesion on waxy surfaces;
- The EM® stay on the foliage longer;
- Helps clean honeydew off the leaves;
- Combines with Microferm and Cera Boost;
- Preparation based on micro-organisms and a plant-based binder.
Recommended use
March – April
2 to 3 applications of Microferm alone, preferably in humid weather, to optimise soil colonisation.
Estimate: 10 L of Microferm / application / ha.
April – September
8 to 10 applications of a solution composed of:
Apply 100 to 150 L of solution/ha. Ideally apply in dry weather with dew (stomata open).
October – November
3 applications of Microferm:
- At the beginning of leaf fall;
- At 50% leaf fall;
- At the end of leaf fall.
Recommended doses
- 1 L / 100 L water.
- For targeted treatment: 1 L / ha.
- Repeat weekly if necessary.
In very wet weather, increase the frequency of applications rather than the dose.
Important tips
- Preferably use rainwater or well water (low in chlorine).
- Do not mix with chemical plant protection products to preserve the microbiological efficacy.
- Apply as soon as honeydew appears (sticky deposit left by aphids).
Mode of action
Previsan S encourages long-lasting colonisation of leaves by beneficial microorganisms.
The binder forms a thin, flexible film that keeps the EM® on the leaf surface.
Where honeydew is present (aphids…), spraying helps clean the leaves.
