Microferm EM-A® is a pre-activated solution of Effective Microorganisms (EM®), ready to use after dilution. Made by a natural fermentation process (without GMOs or chemical synthesis), it contains a wide diversity of beneficial microorganisms (around 80 families) acting in synergy.
Already active, Microferm steers the breakdown of organic matter towards fermentation rather than putrefaction. It stimulates the colonization of soil, plants and organic materials (green waste, kitchen waste, manure, bedding, etc.), accelerates composting and limits odors as well as the presence of flies.
Approved for Organic Farming, it helps strengthen biological activity and soil fertility.

Uses
Plants and soils
Dilute 1 cl per liter of water (≈1%) and water soils, vegetable gardens, lawns or indoor and outdoor plants regularly.
Compost and manure
1 L per m³ of organic matter diluted in 2 L of water.
Promotes faster composting with fewer unpleasant odors.
Bokashi in the garden
2 L of Microferm in 10 L of non-chlorinated water per m³ of organic material (50–70% dry matter). Pack and seal tightly. Fermentation 8 to 10 weeks.
Ponds and basins
1 L for 1,000 L of water (to be spread over the year).
Enhances decomposition of organic materials and limits sludge build-up.
Animals and livestock
Dilution 1 L / 100 L water.
Spray on bedding, hen houses, boxes, coats to neutralize odors.
In stables: improves manure quality and reduces infection pressure.
Rainwater collectors
1 L per m³ of water/year to prevent odors caused by undesirable fermentation.
Available formats
- BIB (Bag-In-Box): optimal protection against air thanks to retractable bag. Can be stored up to 1 year after production. Ideal for long-term occasional use.
- Can / IBC: suits large volumes and intensive use. Use within the year for optimal effect.
