The City Worms takes a maximum of 4 working trays. We advise against adding more, to keep the whole unit stable and avoid putting too much strain on the legs and castors. As it is sold with 2 or 3 trays, it can therefore take 1 or 2 additional trays.

This tray fits perfectly into your setup and gives you the possibility to adapt your worm compost bin to your needs over time.

Your worm compost bin can hold up to four City Worms working trays in total. It is not recommended to add more, to ensure the stability of the system and to avoid overloading the legs and wheels.

Be patient: let the waste settle, then add a City Worms tray when it reaches 2 cm above the arrows marked inside the tray. Then check that no gap forms between two trays, as this would prevent the worms from moving through.
