The WORMacotta, designed by Moutta Farm, is an in-ground wormery for your planter, flower pot, or vegetable garden/yard. It is perfect for feeding your plants using your organic waste.
A 100% natural material – with this wormery made entirely from natural terracotta, no plastic will come into contact with your plants, flowers, or vegetables.
Simple to use – just push the tube in so you can no longer see the last holes in your pot or planter, and fill the tube with your kitchen scraps. This prevents insects from entering the tube.
Chop your peelings into small pieces to speed up the worms' work. Pour the worms into your planter; they will eat the waste daily in the wormery and settle into their new environment.
It is recommended to finely chop food scraps to speed up worm digestion.
Once the worms are placed in your planter, they will feed daily on waste inside the wormery and colonise their new home.
We recommend using the WORMacotta in a planter with a capacity of 15 to 30 litres for the 1.1L pot, and over 100 litres for the 6.5L pot.
