Who is Skaza?
Did you know?In France, the town of Saint-Omer helped its residents equip themselves with Bokashi Organko. The fermented waste brought back by residents is then used to fertilise the town's green spaces.
Plastika Skaza was founded in 1977 by Franc and Martina Skaza in Velenje, Slovenia. Today the family business is run by the second generation, Igor and Tanja Skaza, and employs around 250 people.
Skaza is known for its commitment to recycled plastic. The Bokashi Organko 2 is made from recycled polypropylene. It was designed by the Slovenian studios Gigodesign and Kabinet 01 and received the Red Dot Award in 2019. The Bokashi Organko Essential, made from post-consumer recycled plastic, was a finalist in the Plastics Recycling Awards in 2023.

What else do I need besides a Skaza Bokashi composter?
